Job summary

Amneal is seeking an entry-level Packaging Operator I to safely operate packaging equipment in our facility. You will follow Batch Records, SOPs, and cGMP while maintaining accurate logs and documenting in-process quality checks.

The role uses a 6:00 AM–6:30 PM 12-hour rotating schedule, with every other weekend required. Education includes a HS diploma or GED; experience is typically under one year in pharmaceutical packaging.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Typically less than 1 year of pharmaceutical packaging/manufacturing experience.
• Solid knowledge of safety, cGMP and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Operate packaging equipment in accordance with cGMP and SOPs while using PPE.
• Dispose of rejected products and packaging components per procedures.
• Inspect and verify bulk product and components before entry to packaging room.
• Maintain logs and record batch information.
• Perform in-process quality checks and document results.
• Verify scales and balances are calibrated before packaging.
