Job summary

Clearbrook Holdings Inc. seeks a Junior Capital Analyst to support the capital team in maintaining and developing RBC/BSCR and credit rating agency capital models. The role collaborates with ERM, Finance, and other cross-functional teams to inform capital decisions.

This is an entry-level, in-office position with a path toward actuarial exams. The Omaha, NE office is targeted, with options for Albany, NY or Chicago, IL locations. Base salary is accompanied by bonus and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, finance, economics, actuarial science, physical sciences, or a related field is required.
• 0-1 years of experience related to finance, insurance, or risk management.
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office tools; Python/SQL is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and coordination of annual and quarterly reporting.
• Support regulatory submissions and NAIC/ Bermuda filings (RBC, BSCR, ORSA).
• Provide support for capital models with data collection and reconciliations.
• Analyze capital position, solvency metrics, and trends for internal/external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Risk, Finance, Actuarial, and Reinsurance teams.
