Job summary

Pike Electric LLC is seeking an entry level Class C Lineman to construct and repair electrical overhead distribution systems. You will work on energized and de-energized powerlines, travel to job sites as needed, and report to the Foreman.

Responsibilities include new construction, maintenance, repair of overhead lines, climbing various structures, and operating bucket trucks and related equipment. Must be able to work outdoors in all conditions and on-call for outages and emergencies.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of field experience in electrical distribution is required.
• Hold a valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Willing to travel long distances on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Construct and repair overhead distribution systems.
• Climb structures using approved methods.
• Operate bucket trucks and other line equipment.
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions and report to Foreman.
