Job summary

Renuity is hiring an Entry Level Sales Representative in Orlando for an outside marketing role focused on door-to-door outreach. You will promote remodeling products, deliver in-person brand presentations, and participate in ongoing training to sharpen sales skills and knowledge.

The position offers base pay with uncapped commissions and bonuses, plus full-time benefits. Hours are M-F 12pm–8pm, with flexible weekend options.

Responsibilities

• Promote home remodeling products and services in direct field marketing campaigns.
• Deliver engaging brand presentations face to face to prospective and existing clients.
• Participate in regular training to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
• Use this role as a stepping stone to management or outside sales.
• Hours: M-F 12pm to 8pm; Sundays/Saturdays optional 10am-2pm.
• Part-time shifts: M-F 4pm-8pm and weekends 10am-2pm.
