Job summary

Kinetic, a business unit of Uniti, is seeking an Entry-Level Outside Sales Representative in Summerville, GA. You will meet residents door-to-door, assess connectivity needs, and recommend fiber internet, Wi-Fi, and home services that best fit their homes.

Paid training, coaching, and the tools you need to succeed are provided, with uncapped commissions. Starting base salary is $37,000 plus commissions; target total compensation $85,000–$150,000; a $2,500 sign-on bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Reliable personal vehicle for local travel in your territory.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather.
• Comfort using mobile devices for sales activity.
• Willingness to work days, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Prospect assigned neighborhoods and engage residents through door-to-door sales.
• Introduce Kinetic fiber internet and connectivity services to potential customers.
• Learn customer needs and recommend suitable fiber internet and home connectivity solutions.
• Help customers place orders, set up billing, and start new service with strong customer service.
• Use company-provided tools (iPads/iPhones) to manage sales activity and customer information.
