Job summary

Kinetic, a business unit of Uniti, is seeking an Entry-Level Outside Sales Representative in Milledgeville, GA. In this role you will meet residents in local neighborhoods, learn their connectivity needs, and recommend Kinetic’s fiber internet and home connectivity solutions.

No prior sales experience required; you will receive paid training and ongoing coaching. Compensation includes a target total of $85,000–$150,000 per year (base salary plus uncapped commissions) plus a $2,500 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable personal vehicle for local travel in your sales territory.
• Ability to work outdoors for much of the day in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Prospect assigned neighborhoods and engage residents through door-to-door sales.
• Introduce Kinetic fiber internet and connectivity services to potential customers.
• Learn customer needs and recommend the right fiber internet and home connectivity solutions.
• Help customers place orders and start new service with strong customer service.
