W.B. Mason in Phoenixville, PA is seeking an energetic outside sales representative to connect with local businesses. You’ll travel the territory, meet new clients, demonstrate our full range of workplace products, and tailor solutions with custom pricing via MasonvilleGO.

You’ll collaborate with inside sales and onboarding teams to ensure seamless transitions, attend branch meetings for support, and build a growing book of accounts through exceptional service and a consultative approach.

Qualifications

• Customer service or retail sales experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently.
• English reading/writing and speaking.
• Physical ability to lift/move up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Hit the road to meet local businesses and introduce Mason products.
• Demo products, present web tools, and offer custom pricing.
• Help new customers set up MasonvilleGO and onboarding.
• Collaborate with inside sales and onboarding teams to transition accounts.
• Participate in regular branch meetings to stay connected and supported.

Your day will be full of energy, connection, and opportunity. You’ll start by hitting the road on foot or by car exploring your assigned territory and introducing local businesses to everything W.B. Mason has to offer. With flyers in hand and a consultative mindset, you’ll meet with potential clients, uncover their needs, and show them how our full range of workplace products and services can make their lives easier. You’ll demo products, share web tools, offer custom pricing, and help new customers get set up through MasonvilleGO. Along the way, you’ll work closely with inside sales and our onboarding teams to ensure every new account is smoothly transitioned and well taken care of. With regular branch sales meetings to keep you connected and supported, you’ll have the tools and team behind you to grow your market‑and your outside sales career.
