Job summary

Uniti Group Inc. and its Kinetic unit seek an Entry-Level Outside Sales Representative to join a door-to-door sales team in your local community. You will meet residents, present fiber internet and connectivity options, and guide customers through signup and setup.

This entry-level role includes paid training, ongoing coaching, and career growth, with compensation up to $85,000–$150,000 (salary + uncapped commissions) plus a $2,500 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable personal vehicle for local travel.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Experience with mobile devices is helpful.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Prospect in assigned neighborhoods and engage residents in a door-to-door sales environment.
• Introducing Kinetic internet services to potential customers.
• Learn customer needs and recommend fiber internet and connectivity solutions for the home.
• Help customers place orders, set up billing, and start new service with a strong customer service approach.
• Use company-provided mobile sales tools, including iPads and iPhones, to manage sales activity and customer information in your assigned territory.
