Kinetic, a business unit of Uniti, seeks an Entry-Level Outside Sales Representative in a local Texas area. You’ll meet residents, explain fiber internet and connectivity options, and help customers set up orders with training support.

No prior sales experience is required; paid training and coaching lead to career growth. You’ll use iPads and iPhones for sales activity and earn total compensation of $85,000–$150,000+ plus a $2,500 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Willingness to learn and be coachable in a door-to-door role.
• Ability to work outdoors in varied weather and terrain.

Responsibilities

• Prospect in neighborhoods and engage residents in door-to-door sales.
• Introduce Kinetic internet services and tailor solutions.
• Learn customer needs and place orders with billing setup.
• Use company iPads/iPhones to manage sales activity and customer data.
