Job summary

CooperSurgical is seeking an Associate Sales Representative to support the OR sales team across the assigned region. You will make calls to surgeons and OR staff, articulate product benefits, and drive sales to meet goals.

The role requires completing product training, maintaining certifications, and submitting regular sales reports. The position offers training opportunities, a path to growth in medical devices, and requires approximately 50% travel within the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required or equivalent.
• Entry-level 0-2 years sales experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% in a month.

Responsibilities

• Make sales calls to surgeons, OR management, nursing, and administration.
• Explain benefits of CooperSurgical products in surgical settings.
• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales/activity reports.
• Develop and execute regional sales plans to meet goals.
• Complete product and applications training and pass exams.
• Maintain certifications for OR Protocol, bloodborne pathogens, and HIPAA.
