United Wholesale Mortgage is seeking an Entry Level - Operations Specialist for an on-site role in Pontiac, MI. The position offers a full-time schedule, Monday–Friday, with opportunities to grow and develop skills in a collaborative, team-focused environment.

You will enter and validate data, organize loan documents, and support income verification while handling calls and ensuring compliance. A strong willingness to learn is essential for success.

Qualificações

• Must be able to communicate clearly and professionally, including over the phone.
• Must be comfortable using computers to look up information, read emails, and use basic software.
• Process-oriented with strong organizational skills and a willingness to learn.

Responsabilidades

• Entering and validating data.

• Ordering and verifying income documentation.

• Reviewing state and federal compliance information.
