Job summary

TalentHop is seeking an ENTRY-LEVEL OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE to support the operations team by reviewing transaction data, video surveillance, and reports, and by delivering actionable insights that help clients improve sales, customer experience, and overall operational integrity. The role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.

• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, psychology, criminal justice, finance, or a related field.
• Experience in loss prevention, law enforcement, human resources, customer service, legal services, consulting, hospitality, or retail preferred.
• Familiarity with CCTV video surveillance is advantageous.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze video surveillance and point-of-sale transaction data for discrepancies, theft, and fraud.
• Evaluate business trends from video and data to suggest improvements in sales, customer counts, shrinkage, profits, and customer experience.
• Track social media reviews to gather information related to sales, brand reputation, and customer satisfaction.
• Compile and deliver detailed reports with findings and supporting images.
• Review reports before delivery for accuracy and relevance using independent judgment.
• Consistently meet deadlines and maintain high-quality standards.
• Respond promptly and accurately to ad-hoc client requests.
• Perform additional tasks as required.
