Job summary

National Carwash Solutions is seeking a Service Technician I to operate on-site, performing preventive maintenance and minor repairs on our vehicle wash equipment. Under supervision, you will learn core troubleshooting and safe work practices while documenting activities.

You will inspect and calibrate parts, run cycling tests, advise customers on service needs, maintain service logs, and stay current with equipment changes through trainings. We offer competitive wages and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Interest and aptitude in mechanical, plumbing, and electrical work.
• Ability to use basic math and writing skills.
• Clean driving record with limited moving violations and accidents.
• Willingness to travel daily and work independently or in a team.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Able to read manuals and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic service work on vehicle wash equipment and accessories.
• Assist in replacing, repairing, or adjusting parts and systems.
• Inspect, calibrate, and check chemicals under supervision.
• Run equipment cycles to ensure basic system functioning.
• Advise customers on service needs and part replacements.
• Inspect equipment to ensure proper function.
• Provide information to customers on operation and maintenance.
• Develop rapport with customers and deliver parts as needed.
• Complete work orders and time logs accurately.
• Maintain inventory on service vehicles and stay updated with manuals and bulletins.
• Follow safety policies and report issues to the Service Manager.
