Job summary

National Carwash Solutions is seeking a Service Technician I to perform preventive maintenance and minor repairs on car wash equipment on-site. You'll learn core troubleshooting under supervision, with emphasis on safe work practices and accurate documentation.

Responsibilities include basic service tasks, parts handling, inventory support, and communicating with customers about operation and maintenance. Travel daily, lift up to 75 pounds, and maintain basic computer skills; OSHA and safety

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Demonstrable interest and aptitude in mechanical, plumbing, and electrical work through school or hobbies.
• Ability to use basic math and writing skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Must be able to travel assigned geography daily.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic service work on vehicle wash equipment, including troubleshooting to identify corrective action.
• Assist in replacing, repairing, or adjusting parts and systems as necessary.
• Inspect, calibrate, and check chemicals under supervision.
• Run equipment through cycles to ensure basic system functioning.
• Inspect equipment to ensure proper function.
• Provide basic information to customers regarding operation and maintenance.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of equipment changes through training and manuals.
• Complete work orders, expense reports, and time logs accurately.
• Assist in advising customers on necessary service work and replacements.
• Deliver parts or supplies to customers; assist in inventory on service vehicles.
