Job summary

National Carwash Solutions (NCS) is seeking a Service Technician I to perform basic maintenance on car wash equipment on-site. You will learn troubleshooting and maintenance under supervision, with emphasis on safety and accurate documentation.

Responsibilities include service work, replacing or adjusting parts, inspecting equipment, calibrating chemicals, running cycles, and reporting to your supervisor. You will also support customers with basic operation guidance and maintain proper time logs.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic service on vehicle wash equipment and accessories, including fundamental troubleshooting of electrical, electronic, and mechanical problems to identify corrective action.
• Assist in replacing, repairing, or adjusting parts and systems as necessary.
• Inspect, calibrate, and check chemicals under supervision.
• Run equipment through cycles to ensure basic system functioning.
• Inspect equipment to ensure proper function.
• Provide basic information to customers regarding proper operation and maintenance of equipment.
• Complete work orders, expense reports, and daily/weekly time logs accurately.
• Comply with all service policies and procedures.
