Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters in EE/CS/Applied Physics within the past 2 years.
• Familiarity with scripting languages, data processing, and analysis (e.g. Python, JMP, Exensio).
• Software development experience, such as familiarity with microcontroller software development (C/C++) is desired.
• Interest in statistics and solid-state device fundamentals, especially MRAM and RRAM.
• Must be curious, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Able to work in a team environment, communicate effectively, and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Manage execution of NVM reliability characterization experiments with engineers and technicians.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase lab efficiency and equipment utilization.
• Maintain lab equipment (read schematics, trouble-shoot, coordinate with vendors).
• Develop software and systems for monitoring, automation, and data processing (database, web server, Linux/Windows).
• Assist in developing/debugging evaluation software (embedded C/C++).
• Debug hardware (Oscilloscope, logic analyzer, debugger, etc.). PCB schematics and components.
• Perform statistical analysis of reliability characterization data.
• Communicate study conclusions and recommendations to internal and external teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and engineering standards.
