Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Current CPR certification or ability to obtain upon offer.
• Flexibility to work on weekends and national holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform newborn hearing screens and educate parents on results and next steps.
• Ensure screen readiness and accurate data collection for each baby.
• Document and upload screening results and billing information by end of shift.
• Provide patient and family education and support during screening processes.
• Notify supervisor of missed or referred babies and coordinate outpatient follow-up.
