Qualifications

• Prior construction/labor experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks (lifting up to 50 pounds).
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately.
• Strong commitment to safety and adherence to protocols.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual labor tasks such as digging trenches, shoveling, backfilling, and using hand tools.
• Assist in installing natural gas pipelines, services, and related infrastructure.
• Load and unload materials and equipment from trucks.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment per safety regulations.
• Spot for heavy equipment operators for safety and accuracy.
• Perform flagging to control traffic around work sites.
• Assist with pipe fusion, fitting, and testing procedures as directed.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Operate small power tools under supervision.
