Primoris Distribution Services, Inc. is seeking Natural Gas Laborers in Orlando, FL to assist with the installation, maintenance, and repair of natural gas distribution systems.

This entry-level role involves physically demanding work outdoors and supporting skilled craftspeople on diverse projects. Responsibilities include digging trenches, shoveling, loading materials, flagging traffic, and assisting with pipe fittings and testing while following safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior construction or labor experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record is required.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual labor tasks including digging trenches, shoveling, backfilling, and operating hand tools.
• Assist in the installation of natural gas pipelines, services, and related infrastructure.
• Load and unload materials and equipment from trucks.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety regulations.
• Spot for heavy equipment operators to ensure safety and accuracy.
• Perform flagging duties to control traffic around work sites.
• Assist with pipe fusion, fitting, and testing procedures as directed.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Operate small power tools and equipment under supervision.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support project completion.
