Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 4 years of general experience demonstrating progressive responsibility in problem solving, planning and organizing work, and communicating effectively orally and in writing.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a favorable determination based on a T5 Investigation.
• Strong sense of mission in supporting national security initiatives.
• Impeccable work ethic, integrity, and a positive, can-do attitude.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex information clearly.
• Current driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, and willingness to travel locally depending on assignment location.
• Home office with reliable high-speed Internet; $50 monthly internet stipend provided.

Responsibilities

• Use technology and multiple systems to conduct comprehensive interviews and review records to obtain facts.
• Resolve all material issues in a case to establish the subject’s background, reputation, and suitability.
• Interviews via VTC, phone, and in-person meetings; VTC as the primary method.
• Attend a multiweek intensive virtual training with shadowing and mentorship.
• Possible travel to locations across the U.S. for temporary duty assignments (TDY), typically two weeks.
