ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a mobile position where you travel to customer sites. Flexible shifts are available, including 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts. Rotating weekends and on-call shifts are required. We have full-time hours with opportunities for overtime. Our Litchfield office is where you're based, but you are out in the field most of the time.

As an Entry-Level Mobile Diesel Mechanic, your day starts by meeting with the team and heading out to a customer site in one of our well-equipped service trucks. You work on routine maintenance and minor repairs for Class 8 trucks and trailers, learning everything from basic diagnostics to tire replacements. You assist with everything from oil changes to troubleshooting systems, working alongside experienced diesel techs who will mentor you along the way. As you gain experience, you take on more complex repairs, including HVAC systems, wiring, and computer diagnostics.

The Minimum Requirements to Be Considered:

• Mechanical knowledge
• Motivated to learn and grow in the diesel mechanic field
• A valid driver's license with a good record
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willing to work rotating weekends and be on call as needed

Bonus points for:

• Experience with heavy-duty vehicle repairs or roadside assistance
• ASE Diesel Certification or a Class A CDL
