Sonoco is hiring a full-time General Laborer in De Pere, WI. Pay is $26.02/hr with 9 paid holidays, 2 weeks vacation and 2 personal holidays after a 60‑day probation; overtime after 8 hours/day on a rotating 12‑hour shift.

You’ll set up machines, troubleshoot, and operate paper manufacturing equipment, collaborating across departments while maintaining safety and quality. Benefits include health/dental/vision, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, holidays, and tuition reimbursement;

Qualifications

• Experience with machine setup and operation in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to read and understand manufacturing instructions.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs and team lift 50 lbs.
• Reliable, initiative, quality-focused.
• Willingness to work rotating 12-hour shifts.

Responsabilités

• Troubleshoot and adjust equipment to ensure production quality.
• Set up new jobs and operate various types of paper manufacturing machinery.
• Collaborate closely with other departments and teams.
• Maintain a safe, clean and organized work area.
• Perform all duties as designated by supervisor/manager.
• Support Sonoco’s quality and safety policies.
