Job summary

Domtar's Nekoosa, Wisconsin pulp & paper mill seeks hourly entry-level production workers to join the labor pool. Responsibilities include operating machinery, forklift/clamp truck operation, and general housekeeping to support busy shifts.

New hires earn $30.16 per hour with shift differential; benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance and a 401(k) with company match. Vacation after six months, and additional time after one year, plus 11 paid holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 2 years of work or school experience in the last 4 years.
• Able to work rotating 12-hour shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks safely.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and assist with workload fluctuations.
• Operate forklift/clamp truck and maintain general housekeeping.
• Support safety practices and shift change handoffs.
