Qualifikationen

• BS/BA in Accounting or Finance preferred.
• Minimum 2 years related work experience preferred.
• Knowledge of financial and/or investment services preferred.
• Strong dedication to quality customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of Excel and Word for Windows.
• Able to work 10:30 am-7:00 pm.

Aufgaben

• Interact with clients via phone, email and in person professionally.
• Cultivate and maintain close client relationships.
• Educate clients on best practices to use Middle Office products.
• Interpret monetary requests per SEI guidelines and client goals.
• Determine actions when requests are not in good order.
• Develop understanding of IRS retirement account processing rules.
• Identify advisor processing issues for accurate service.
• Understand compliance rules (AML, Late Day Trading, Privacy Act, Patriot Act).
• Participate in departmental projects to improve processes.
• Maintain confidentiality, quality and privacy.
