Sonata Software seeks an Associate MS Production Support Engineer (Entry Level) in Phoenix, AZ. This is a long-term contract designed for a recent Master's graduate eager to build a career in Microsoft product support and enterprise technology services.

The ideal candidate has a Master's degree in CS/IT, strong communication skills, and a passion for troubleshooting Microsoft technologies. Onsite role with opportunities to grow in a dynamic enterprise environment.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Recent graduate or candidates with 0-2 years of experience.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
Customer-focused mindset and willingness to work in a support-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

Provide first-level and second-level support for Microsoft products and services.
Troubleshoot and resolve user issues related to Microsoft 365, Windows, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, and other Microsoft technologies.
Analyze and diagnose technical problems and escalate complex issues when necessary.
Assist in documenting troubleshooting procedures, knowledge articles, and support guides.
Work closely with infrastructure, cloud, and application teams to resolve customer issues.
Monitor support tickets and ensure timely resolution while maintaining excellent customer service.
Participate in product updates, system maintenance activities, and service improvement initiatives.
Communicate effectively with users, technical teams, and stakeholders.
