Responsibilities

• Provide first-level and second-level support for Microsoft products and services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve user issues related to Microsoft 365, Windows, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, and other Microsoft technologies.
• Analyze and diagnose technical problems and escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Assist in documenting troubleshooting procedures, knowledge articles, and support guides.
• Work closely with infrastructure, cloud, and application teams to resolve customer issues.
• Monitor support tickets and ensure timely resolution while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Participate in product updates, system maintenance activities, and service improvement initiatives.
• Communicate effectively with users, technical teams, and stakeholders.
