Under MTII/MTIII supervision, you’ll prep specimens, run complex assays, and ensure QC, calibration, and instrument maintenance are completed in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biological Science required.
• ASCP certified generalist or categorical technologist preferred within 2 years of hire.

Responsibilities

• Prepares specimens and performs complex tests under supervision.
• Performs start-up, quality control, calibration and troubleshooting on instruments.
• Documents and reports test results in the LIS and communicates critical results.
• Maintains inventory and ensures accuracy and timeliness of patient test reporting.
