The program emphasizes reducing risk, improving safety, quality, cost and flow while gaining hands-on experience in Boeing Production System and access to tours and leadership interaction.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled as a college/university student with expected graduation date on or after August 2027.
• Interest in aerospace and Boeing is a plus.
• Strong academic performance is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support a production team as a Methods Process Analyst intern.
• Collaborate with mentors to deliver real-world process improvements.
