HealthMark Group is seeking an entry-level Onsite Medical Records Processing Specialist in Elko, NV to handle ROI requests with accuracy and efficiency. This role emphasizes 100% ROI accuracy, timely task completion, and adherence to HIPAA privacy standards.

As part of a growing team, you will coordinate with clients to provide status updates, ensure confidential handling of PHI, and maintain organized records while upholding the company’s policies and professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Entry-level role with opportunities to grow within HealthMark Group.
• Complete all incoming ROI requests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain 100% ROI accuracy and fast turnaround times.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of PHI according to policy.
• Adhere to ROI policies for HealthMark and the client.
• Demonstrate professional appearance and conduct; keep work area organized.
• Provide excellent customer service and effective communication with requestors.
• Understand HIPAA regulations and report any PHI incidents promptly.

Responsibilities

• Complete all incoming ROI requests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain 100% ROI accuracy.
• Complete all STATs within an hour and 24-hour turnaround for others.
• Keep all queues current and scan ROI requests into chart.
• Validate requests and authorize release of PHI per procedures.
• Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and invoicing.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of PHI during transport, storage, disposal.
• Abide by ROI policies for HealthMark and the client.
• Provide excellent customer service and de-escalate issues as needed.
