Job summary

Quest Diagnostics Incorporated is seeking a Medical Laboratory Scientist I in Erie, PA, to perform specimen analysis and follow rigorous laboratory protocols. Candidates should ideally have a BS in Medical Technology or related fields, and at least one year of clinical experience.

This on-call position offers a pay range starting at $28.15 per hour, with additional shift differentials possible, and opportunities for performance bonuses and benefits, including a 401(k) with matching.

Qualifications

• 1 year Clinical experience (high complexity testing) preferred.
• Previous Phlebotomy experience.
• Education in Medical Technology, Chemistry, Biology, or Laboratory Science.

Responsibilities

• Follow laboratory procedures for specimen handling and processing.
• Analyze specimens using approved testing procedures.
• Identify problems affecting test performance or reporting.
