Job summary

Haemonetics is seeking a frontline Technical Support Specialist to provide technical and operational support to customers and internal teams. You will answer hotline calls, document cases, and follow established troubleshooting workflows.

Travel for training and field shadowing is required. This role involves on-call rotation, after-hours coverage, and adherence to regulatory and quality standards to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of technical, customer support, or field service experience.
• Associate’s degree required (Technical, Engineering, or related field preferred).
• Experience in a technical or operational customer support environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline technical and operational support to customers and internal teams.
• Answer and document hotline calls from customers, Product Support, and field staff.
• Follow defined troubleshooting scripts and escalation paths.
• Escalate complex issues to senior Product Support Engineers or internal teams.
• Provide basic maintenance guidance and device operation questions.
• Perform basic service activities and coordinate part replacement.
• Use Oracle and Salesforce for case documentation and part management.
