Job summary

AMETEK, Inc. (Paragon Medical) is seeking entry-level Assemblers for 1st shift (7:00 am–3:30 pm), Monday through Friday in Mansfield, MA to assemble and package medical devices while following GMP, FDA, ISO and safety standards.

You will handle day-to-day manufacturing tasks, maintain required records, and support cross-functional teams to ensure quality and on-time production. A high school diploma or equivalent and on-site transportation to Mansfield are required; prior manufacturing

Qualifications

• Read, write, and understand English.
• Ability to understand manufacturing documentation (BOM, shop orders, routers).
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and work under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Follow manufacturing shop orders and work load.
• Maintain required training and documentation.
• Ensure production accuracy and quality.
• Follow manufacturing procedures and quality standards.
• Assist with process validation plans and data collection.
