Job summary

Medtronic in Memphis, TN, is seeking an assembler to join the day shift in a clean room environment. You will perform a range of assembly tasks, prepare products, and participate in quality checks in a fast-paced medical device setting.

We offer comprehensive training, opportunity for OJT, and on-site collaboration. This role requires reading/writing English and willingness to work 5 days a week on site.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; comprehensive training provided.
• Ability to read and write in English to understand work instructions and safety protocols.
• Nice to have: background in automotive manufacturing or related industries.

Responsibilities

• Performs diverse production assembly tasks from repetitive to non-repetitive operations.
• Sets initial layouts and uses various tools to prepare products.
• Makes continuity checks on in-process and completed work.
• May conduct quality inspections on processing lines per specifications.
• Operates microscopes as needed.
