Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a Medical Billing/AR Specialist for a work-from-home role that requires you to live near Louisville, KY. You will come onsite for the first two weeks as part of onboarding, then work hybrid from home while handling insurance claims and AR tasks.

You will prepare and process claims, verify data with payers, research and correct denials, review AR reports, and respond to payer inquiries.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 1-3 years of Medical billing/coding experience.
• 1+ year of Claims experience.
• Follow Up experience.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Louisville, KY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.50/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
