Job summary

One Health in Hardin, MT seeks a Medical Assistant I to be the first point of contact for patients, support providers during examinations, and help maintain accurate records in our EHR.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Phlebotomy certification is a plus.
• CMA, RMA, or CNA certification/license is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; proficient in EHR.

Responsibilities

• Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures.
• Maintain accurate patient records in the EHR system.
• Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations.
• Administer medications and injections as directed.
• Perform basic laboratory tests and provide patient education.
• Maintain timely, accurate recordkeeping and ensure safety regulations.
