Job summary

Qualifications

• Entry-level MA role with hands-on training.
• Ability to learn EMR systems and work in a fast-paced clinic.

Responsibilities

• Take and record vitals: height, weight, blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and oxygen saturation.
• Assist with allergy testing, spirometry, Niox testing, and immunotherapy under supervision.
• Document accurately in the EMR.
• Prepare exam rooms between patients and maintain readiness.
• Guide patients through visits and keep transitions smooth and timely.
• Uphold HIPAA and infection control standards daily.
