Hearst Television's WMOR in Tampa, FL offers an entry-level Sales Account Associate training program designed to develop you into a Sales Account Executive. You will learn all facets of local television sales while building your sales skills under the Sales Manager.

During a comprehensive 9–12 month training, you will gain hands-on experience with WideOrbit, Nielsen data, and sales presentations, with ongoing career development and opportunities through WMOR-TV.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent social, intrapersonal, and presentation abilities.
• Must be organized and focused to manage time-sensitive projects.
• In-person attendance is required.
• Proficient in Excel and complex spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Assist the development of sales proposals, advertising packages, and client presentations
• Create supportive marketing materials for the sales department
• Prepare proposals based on account executive requests
• Communicate with teams and external clients on performance and delivery of campaigns
• Enter and maintain all orders including electronic transfer and maintenance of WOCentral orders to WideOrbit
• Manage sales database
