Job summary

Diamond Energy Systems, part of Installed Building Products, is seeking motivated individuals in Saint Joseph, MN to join as Pipe & Duct HVAC Insulators. This full-time, permanent role offers on-the-job training, growth opportunities, and a starting wage of $26.00 per hour.

Responsibilities include installing insulation on piping and ductwork, reading blueprints, using hand and power tools, and maintaining jobsite safety. No insulation experience required; training provided for right candidates.

• Install fiberglass, foam, rubber, and other insulation materials on piping, ductwork, and mechanical systems.
• Measure, cut, fabricate, and fit insulation materials according to project specifications.
• Install metal and PVC jacketing to protect insulated systems.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders.
• Safely use hand tools, power tools, and jobsite equipment.
• Work on ladders, lifts, and scaffolding when required.
• Maintain a clean and organized jobsite.
• Follow all company and customer safety requirements.
• Work closely with project managers, supervisors, and fellow team members.

Diamond Energy Systems is currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Pipe & Duct HVAC Insulators in Saint Joseph, MN. This is a full-time, permanent position with excellent opportunities for growth and advancement within our company.

Previous construction, HVAC, sheet metal, insulation, plumbing, carpentry, or related trade experience is helpful but not required.

Schedule

• Full-time
• Monday through Friday
• Day shift
• Overtime opportunities available

Physical Demands

• Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb throughout the workday
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and construction environments
• Ability to work at heights when necessary
