Job summary

Diamond Energy Systems is seeking entry-level Pipe & Duct HVAC Insulators in Marshall, MN. This full-time, on-site role offers on-the-job training and opportunities for advancement within the Diamond Energy Systems/IBP family.

No insulation experience is required; training will be provided for the right candidates. Starting pay is $24.00 per hour with performance-based increases and growth potential.

Responsibilities

• Install fiberglass, foam, rubber, and other insulation materials on piping, ductwork, and mechanical systems.
• Measure, cut, fabricate, and fit insulation materials according to project specifications.
• Install metal and PVC jacketing to protect insulated systems.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders.
• Safely use hand tools, power tools, and jobsite equipment.
• Work on ladders, lifts, and scaffolding when required.
• Maintain a clean and organized jobsite.
• Follow all company and customer safety requirements.
• Work closely with project managers, supervisors, and fellow team members.

Diamond Energy Systems is currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Pipe & Duct HVAC Insulators in Marshall, MN. This is a full-time, permanent position with excellent opportunities for growth and advancement within our company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install fiberglass, foam, rubber, and other insulation materials on piping, ductwork, and mechanical systems

Schedule:

• Full-time
