Job summary

Diamond Energy Systems is hiring entry-level Pipe & Duct HVAC Insulators in Marshall, MN. This full-time, on-site role offers pay starting at $24.00 per hour, with performance-based pay increases and room for growth within the company.

No insulation experience is required; on-the-job training will be provided for the right candidates. You will install insulation, read blueprints, and work closely with project teams to ensure safe, high-quality installations.

Qualifications

• No insulation experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• Willingness to learn and reliable attendance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Able to pass a physical and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Install insulation materials on piping, ductwork, and mechanical systems.
• Measure, cut, fabricate, and fit insulation per project specs.
• Install metal and PVC jacketing to protect insulated systems.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders.
• Safely use hand tools, power tools, and jobsite equipment.
• Work on ladders, lifts, and scaffolding when required.
• Maintain a clean and organized jobsite; follow safety rules.
• Collaborate with project managers, supervisors, and team members.
