The role emphasizes hands-on learning, following detailed drawings and work instructions, and contributing to quality and safety standards.

You’ll join a collaborative team that builds systems for aerospace, medical, automotive, and other advanced industries. No prior assembly experience is required; training is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to use basic hand tools.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical components using hand and power tools.
• Follow work instructions and assembly drawings.
• Maintain quality and safety standards.
• Work with team members to complete customer projects.
