Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of continuous experience in a manufacturing environment required.
• Must be able to read and understand English.
• Ability to read tape measures and perform basic measurements in standard and metric units.
• Accurately interpret and follow blueprints, diagrams, and written assembly instructions.

Responsibilities

• Utilize basic computer skills to access engineering drawings, 3D models, work instructions, and other production documents.
• Accurately measure materials and components using standard (inch) and metric (millimeter) measuring systems.
• Work collaboratively with experienced assemblers and assist Senior Assemblers to develop skills.
• Demonstrate willingness to learn new assembly techniques, processes, and procedures.
• Operate power/hand tools, measuring devices, and instruments used for assembly.
• Adhere to work schedules, break periods, and company policies.
• Wear PPE and maintain safety compliance at all times.
• Support 5S workplace organization standards and housekeeping requirements.
