Responsibilities

• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, models, and work instructions to accurately complete assembly tasks.
• Operate torque wrenches and demonstrate knowledge of torque specifications and verification processes.
• Verify component dimensions using appropriate measuring tools and ensure parts meet drawings and quality standards.
• Inspect and validate the work of entry-level assemblers for quality, workmanship, and safety compliance.
• Train, support, and mentor entry-level assemblers on processes, quality requirements, and safety.
• Identify production, quality, or assembly issues and escalate to supervisors promptly.
• Support and maintain 5S standards and wear of PPE as required.
