Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and able to safely operate a forklift with training provided.
• Ability to read documents, interpret facts and perform basic math.
• Good communication, organization and time management skills.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Assist operators at coil loading and packaging ends of the line.
• Build pallets, bands and palletize metal coils or sheets with proper labeling.
• Perform quality checks for lengths, widths and weights.
• Detect faulty operations or defective materials and report them.
• Move parts and materials; read and follow production orders.
• Operate a sit-down forklift and maintain housekeeping.
• Meet production goals while following safety requirements.
