Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Approximately 2 years of related experience, including at least 1 year of directly relevant experience.
• Marketing program development, execution, and measurement experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Update and maintain trackers, timelines, and documentation for marketing activities.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, campaign milestones, and planning cadences.
• Collect and organize marketing materials and assets.
• Support campaign kickoff meetings and the proofing/approval process.
• Collect and manage post-campaign documentation (POP/POE), track ROI and performance metrics.
• Assist with budget updates, manage claims submissions and receivables tracking.
• Maintain consistent communication and follow-up on campaign activities.
