Drive in New York City is hiring for an entry-level marketing role with a clear pathway from assistant to managing director within a year. The role focuses on setting up and delivering marketing presentations, maintaining client relationships, and contributing to team performance.

Training is provided, with base salary plus bonuses and benefits after 90 days. Local candidates will be prioritized for in-person interviews.

Qualifications

• Entry-level role with internal training from assistant to managing director within a year.
• Must be local to NYC or able to be in NYC within 2-3 weeks.
• Willingness to travel for networking events every 2–3 months.
• Able to engage with diverse demographics and represent client initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Set up and execute marketing presentations for clients.
• Provide daily feedback to team lead and weekly updates to account manager on KPIs.
• Manage site relationships with clients.
• Travel to networking events roughly every 2–3 months.
• Conduct monthly progress presentations to team members.
• Stay updated on client initiatives and prepare market research prior to events.
• Suggest additional sources of revenue.

Welcome to Drive! We have recently taken on a new client in our NYC location and are looking to build 2-3 marketing teams around top performers. While this starts as an entry level role, we are looking for longevity. We would like to internally train a few select candidates from an assistant role to a managing director position within the span of a year. It may seems fast, but this is the speed our clients are looking to grow and we have never backed down from a challenge yet.

Responsibilities include:

• Set up and execute marketing presentations on behalf of our clients


• Provide daily feedback to team lead and weekly feedback to the account manager, covering all KPIs required


• Site relationship management


• Travel for networking events once every 2-3 months


• Conduct monthly presentations to other team members to check in on progress


• Keep up to date with client initiatives


• Prepare market research prior to any new events


• Suggest additional sources of revenue

We are new to NYC and looking to build a strong foundation we can grow from. All of our employees receive paid training, are offered a base salary with the opportunity to earn bonuses and benefits after 90 days. We are looking to fill this role immediately so we will be prioritizing candidates in the local area who can come in for in person interviews.
