Brunswick Boat Group is seeking an entry‑level assembler to join the Thunder Jet team in a large manufacturing facility. You will install components across boats using power and hand tools, reading drawings and specifications to build the front, middle, and back sections.

Qualifications

• Follow established safety processes to install boat components.
• Able to read drawings and specifications.
• Must be able to stand for a 10-hour shift in the paint area.
• Able to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Self-starter and team player with good attendance.

Responsibilities

• Install components on Thunder Jet boats using hand and power tools.
• Read and follow drawings and specifications.
• Prepare boats for downstream departments and ensure quality and timeliness.
• Maintain safety and housekeeping standards on the shop floor.
• Participate in continuous improvement and 5S practices.
