Job summary

Jasper Engines & Transmissions in Leavenworth, IN is hiring for Manufacturing Associate. The role includes assembling, disassembly, parts puller stocker, conveyance, inspection, and minor repairs within a fast-paced plant. On-site training begins with a 5-day program (JET101) to help you learn the processes and culture.

Typical hours are 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., with overtime potential. Starting pay is $20.00 per hour, with comprehensive benefits and two retirement plans available, plus PTO,

Qualifications

• On-the-job training provided
• 5-day training program (JET101) and hands-on training
• Ability to follow established procedures and work in a team

Responsibilities

• Assemble heads on units and install push rods, lifters, and rockers
• Disassemble units, remove screws, seals, gears and prepare parts for washing
• Pull and restock parts; conveyance throughout the facility
• Prepare, disassemble, wash, and assemble small parts
• Inspect parts for quality and perform minor repairs as needed
• Operate forklift to load trailers and inspect products
