Schedule

The Greensboro plant operates 7 days per week on 12‑hour shifts. Most employees work a 2‑2‑3 schedule (Day shift: 7:00 am–7:30 pm; Night shift: 7:00 pm–7:30 am). Business volume and production requirements may occasionally change shift length or schedule.

Physical Requirements
  • Use basic hand and power tools.
  • Lift 50 pounds by bending and stooping; climb, stand, and move around on stairs, ladders, and platforms; twist, turn and bend.
  • Enter confined spaces.
  • Stand on concrete floors for an extended period.
Qualifications
  • 18 years of age or older.
  • Minimum high school diploma, GED or equivalent education.
  • Wearing required safety personal protective equipment.
  • Willingness to work day or night shift.
Compensation & Benefits

Starting Pay: $24.64 per hour plus an additional $0.50–$2.00 per hour based on work schedule.

Compensation varies with factors such as location, role, credentials, skill set, and experience. Total rewards include salary, bonus (if applicable), and benefits.

Relocation is generally not paid.
