Custom Sprayup in Fairfield, OH is seeking an entry-level Manufacturing Technician to help assemble and produce industrial equipment. You will work with materials including fiberglass and carbon fiber, phenolic resin, vinyl ester resins, metals, plastics, and wood, performing material prep, fabrication, assembly, finishing, and packaging.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, basic hand/power tool experience, strong mechanical aptitude, reliability, and the ability to lift up to 50

Responsibilities

• Assist with the assembly and production of industrial equipment.
• Read and follow work instructions, drawings, and production requirements.
• Perform material preparation, fabrication, assembly, finishing, and packaging operations.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments safely and effectively.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and manufacturing projects.
